Advanced Mode features a 5x5 grid where you and the AI take turns. Each player has 4 pieces and can either place a new piece, move an existing piece, or shift the entire grid. The goal is to get your pieces in a line like tic-tac-toe.

The grid can be moved in any direction (up, down, left, right, or diagonally) by one position. This adds a strategic layer as you can potentially break opponent lines or create new opportunities for yourself.

Yes! Crossed Connections is designed to work completely offline. All AI opponents and game mechanics function without requiring an internet connection.
